We loved staff and location - ideal. We didn't like the bed, it was not very comfortable, though it was truly a really lovely stay.

Light breakfast, extremely helpful staff, I enjoyed optimal location. Snacks and pizza were served in the Irish bar. I booked well airconditioned extra big room.

Great place to stay, it was spotlessly clean and original. The English breakfast was tasty, had a good choice of options. The location was central, close to pubs, the main square, the centre of Krakow old town. Furthermore, the hotel was an easy walk to Main Square.

Helpful enough staff, relatively quiet location & big restaurant. All in all it's overall clean place, they have really big beds. Generous breakfast, good service. Old Town district definitely deserves your time and attention. Impressive lobby. Really enjoyed early check-in.

I thoroughly enjoyed that it was clean and relaxing, the staff were genuinely nice and rooms were warm. And it also had brilliant view. Besides, the area was wonderful, next to a historical romanesque church.

extremely friendly staff and good value. outstanding food and extremely basic room - had a such wonderful stay. own beach nearby, that was what i loved. magnificent view, a great balcony, big bed, too. exquisite service and a fabulous restaurant, available onsite.

The place was romantic and stylish and the staff were especially helpful, the location was fab so close to the central square. Got airy, luxurious with glass ceiling being focal point, smart TVs plus good facilities. I loved to be here, everything was very clean though the bathroom I had was very small. Had an enjoyable time.

Pleasant views, lovely design, free breakfast. Good value and top-notch service. By the way, we didn't mind paying extra gbp 18 per day for parking.
